Mrs. Neeru S Juneja along with five other volunteers with education from premier institutes, and experience of working with NGOs and industry manage the core operations of Udyam. Here is a brief profile:
- Neeru S Juneja is the founder of Udyam. She is Masters in Business Administration and is currently working with the Tobacco research NGO Hriday.
- Aditi Pathak manages the design and implementation of the non-academic activities undertaken at Udyam. She is a MSW from Delhi School of Social work.
- Arpit Jain looks after making the process of Udyam standardized and efficient. He also liaisons with other organizations on Udyam’s behalf on tasks such as funding and content development. He is a Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi and is currently working with McKinsey & Company.
- Deepti Dwivedi is responsible for engaging with parents and increasing awareness about Udyam. She also looks into the maintenance of Udyam’s website. Deepti is a MSW from Delhi School of Social Work and is currently working with Markode.
- Gaurav Ajmera looks after the design and development of the academic curriculum. He is also teaches Maths and Science. He is a Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi and would soon be joining Schlumberger.
- Paras Malhotra teaches Maths. He is a Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee and is currently working with Deloitte Consulting.
