The Udyam group is a team of young and mature individuals from different spheres of life but with a common passion of making the lifes of these children better.

Udyam would provide you an opportunity to make a difference in life of these children in your own way be it through teaching, organizing events, doing community visits or helping us in our backend work among others.

During my experience of teaching these children i got to know that most of these children are bright but their parents either don't know their caliber or cannot afford a better school. For girls they think it is wastage of time and money.

In the 8-9 classes that i took of these children in the age group of 8-13years old I taught them Maths, Hindi, general knowledge and how to see time. I will give you my personal feedback on the students I taught. Sonam is very sharp and if possible she should be given scholarship for a good school. Nitish, Simran (chhoti), Ankit, Preeti, Shivani are all intelligent and understand fast. Prashant, Mukul, Jyoti, bharti, nikita, pinky are good and hard working. Simran (badi), Shalu, bharti (boyish) need extra effort by us to teach as they are playful but understand fast too. Garima is also good as she understands but does not want to put more effort.

It has been a very good experience with Udyam Prayas and to see so many students come and teach these children when they are free, people do care about our fellow citizens who cannot afford good schools. Especially Mrs Neeru who has been doing this 11 or so years and made this her career. Thank you Mrs Neeru for letting me a part of this and I will always be ready to help in future too. You are doing a very good thing for our society
